The FRS Tools plug-in produces mailing labels using the addresses of properties in its database.
Label types
The software allows you to define multiple different layouts for labels. For each label type, you must set the number of rows and columns, as well as the dimensions and measurements which determine where the labels are printed on the page. A live preview assists in configuring the layout.
Print options
When printing labels, you can choose whether to add a serial number or barcode to each label.
The serial number of a property uniquely identifies the property within the FRS database. If labels are printed as part of a mailout, the mailout number will be appended to the serial number, e.g. 1234567-89
Barcodes use the "Code 128B" standard to encode the serial number of the property (and mailout, if present) in plain text.
If a property has a salutation or linked contact, the posting name of the owner will appear above the address. For all other properties, the default salutation will be used.
