In FRS Tools for ContactsLaw, you can set up alerts, which generate notifications in ContactsLaw when a particular property address is matched during a scrape operation.
This feature is implemented as a custom user field type named 'FRS property alert'. To enable alerts in a particular workgroup, add a field of this type to the workgroup.
Whenever a property address is added to the field, FRS Tools will create an alert on the file. If the address is not in the database (likely), a new inactive property entry is created for it.
If the property address is matched during a scrape (and saved to the database), an FYI task will be sent to the file manager.
