The telephone message activity allows tasks to be created that describe a telephone call and any action required on the part of the member who is assigned the task.

Starting the activity reveals a launchpad-style interface that allows the member to see the details of the call and gives the option to:
  • Read the telephone journal for the original call
  • Return the call
  • Create a task for another member
  • Create a document (such as an e-mail)
