The
telephone call activity consists of a telephone
journal and is started whenever a call to/from a
contact is connected/answered. It collects the following additional information:
- The caller/called contact
- A copy of the call log entry (includes start time and duration)
- Options to streamline the process of leaving a telephone message
The journal timer does not stop running at the end of the call; it remains running to record the time taken to summarise/describe the telephone call.
